The unit price for four or more copies will be discounted by 25% and the cost of shipping will be added to that price. For shipments within the U.S., payments may be by bank wire or check. All shipments outside the U.S. must be paid by bank wire.
To order 4 or more copies of the paperback version, please send the ship-to address to bensimo at verizon dot net and include the number of copies desired. For U.S. shipments, also include whether you want shipping to be ground (1-6 days), overnight or 2nd day air. Also include whether you want my printer to expedite (2 days) or not expedite (5-10 days) printing. Expedited printing will reduce your discount to 20%.
After receipt of your order by email, you will be informed by email of the total cost, copies plus shipping. The order to print and ship will be issued after funds are received by Simonton Associates.
